We want you to love your All Time Low gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition tour merchandise and final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
