When will my order ship?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Original tags must be attached. Please note that final sale items and music media are not eligible for return.
How do I care for my band merchandise?
To preserve the print quality and fabric, we recommend machine washing your apparel inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hanging to dry.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
How do I know what size to order?
A detailed size chart is available on every product page. Our apparel generally follows standard unisex sizing unless otherwise specified in the product description.
